Whitley Warriors Ice Hockey Club Announcement:
After ongoing talks with the Whitley Bay Ice Rink management since pre-season and after a successful and positive meeting, we are delighted to announce we have secured financial support and the green light to sign import players.
Throughout the summer we had been in discussions with an import player who we expected to sign but unfortunately they opted to stay in their native land. Moving forward, we are currently in negotiations with import players and we hope to make another announcement soon.
Everybody associated with Whitley Warriors Ice Hockey Club at every level wants and craves success and this positive step clarifies that we are all in this together. Please be patient over the coming weeks we’ll keep you updated throughout the process.
