Warriors claim narrow road victory

Martin Crammond Whitley Warriors travelled down to Sheffield to take on the Spartans on Sunday afternoon at Ice Sheffield. Whitley were without several senior players due to injury and illness which saw player/coach David Longstaff fully utilise his large roster of players. Forward Martin Crammond moved back into defence for Warriors as a number of Whitley’s blue liners such as Joe Stamp, Andre Payette, Scott Cooper and youngsters Liam Smeldey and Craig Johnson were all unable to take part in the match up.

Queenan injury update

Callum Queenan Thanks to everyone wishing Callum Queenan their best after he broke his collar bone last night. Callum spoke to a specialist earlier today and it is thought he could be back in training within 6-7 weeks as it appears he does not need an operation.
