This year’s Teddy Toss will happen this Sunday at the Edinburgh Capitals game!
The chosen charity this year is The Children’s Foundation, who are based at the RVI in Newcastle. Their mission is “Making Serious Stuff Fun” and you can read more about how they achieve this on their website.
The usual conditions apply for this year’s Teddy Toss:
- Please make sure your cuddly toy is new and is wrapped in cling film to protect it from the moisture from the ice
- When Warriors score their first goal, AIR THE BEAR!
- If there is no Warriors goal by the end of the first period, throw your bear at the end of period buzzer
We know it’s a little earlier than usual this year but it just gives more time for teddies to be distributed. Previous Teddy Tosses have been amazing successes with local charities benefiting. We hope you can get behind this worthy cause again this year.
