There are two pickup/dropoff points: Whitley Bay Ice Rink and the Shell garage just off the A1/A690 junction in Carrville, Co. Durham. See maps below.
Price is for travel only and does not include admission to the game.
Travel open to ages 16 and above.
Travel is dependent on your agreeing to and abiding by the Team Bus Etiquette rules below. We cannot refund tickets if you do not travel for any reason.

Team Bus Etiquette
Please abide by the following rules when travelling on the team bus:
- Please arrive 15 minutes before the stated departure time.
- Seats available for fans are at the front of the bus.
- Please ensure all rubbish is placed in the bags provided.
- Drinking in moderation is permitted whilst travelling on the coach. However, drunk and disorderly behaviour will not be tolerated.
- Smoking, vaping and drugs are not permitted.
- All travellers are to be respectful of the players, team management, off-ice staff, drivers and other fans.
- Under no circumstances are players to be approached for criticism of the team or individual performances. This will not be tolerated on any level.
- If any of the above rules are broken, future travel on the team coach will be denied.
