Northern Freestyle Karate Association return as Warriors sponsor

Northern Freestyle Karate Association

Whitley Warriors are delighted to announce that Northern Freestyle Karate Association (NFKA) have signed up to sponsor the club for a second season.

N.F.K.A. was formed in 1990 and has grown from strength to strength. They now have a number of schools throughout the North East of England. Their association is, without doubt, one of the largest martial arts organisations in the North East.

Since its formation it has trained many British, World and European Champions and thousands of Blackbelts; however medals, trophies and grades are not only their measure of success. Many of their students talk about the self-confidence they develop through training and how they learn to respect themselves and their fellow students, due their development of skill, honesty and integrity.

Dylan Petts from NFKA said, “Northern Freestyle Karate Association are over the moon to once again sponsor the Warriors. We are proud to support the team and can’t wait to see them build on last season.”

“It’s great to see Northern Freestyle Karate Association back,” said General Manager Willie Dunn. “I know Dylan is a huge fan of the Warriors and even gave Whitley Wolf some Karate lessons last year! We will wear their logo with pride on our shirts.”
