Whitley Warriors have recently restructured their off ice operations, and after various meetings over the past few weeks a new off ice team has been formed.
As a group we have looked at all areas of the club and identified what is needed to make positive improvements to the organisation. We believe this is a very positive step in the right direction for the club, with the 5 man strong team taking up specific roles to ensure we are able to help build on all areas of the club.
John Crammond will have the role of Team General Manager and take care of the on ice operations whilst working alongside Paul Matthews on Club finance matters, Colin Edwards will remain as Club Secretary, Paul Matthews will manage the clubs financial section with the assistance of John Crammond, as well as taking a role in the corporate sponsorship department and game night operations. Simon Leach will also work within the corporate sponsorship area, game night operations and all other club projects and promotions. Dave Holland will continue his role as Assistant Coach and will represent the on ice staff also as part of the newly formed group.
We believe this new structure will help the club maximise all of its opportunities as all areas of the organisation will have staff dedicated to each specific area. We feel this is a new chapter for our club and with the appointment of a new Head Coach imminent we feel there are exciting times ahead for Warriors.
