Whitley Warriors are delighted to announce the re-signing of promising young forward Jack Williams.
17-year-old Williams made the move to senior hockey last season and has impressed supporters and teammates alike. He is an industrious player who always gives his all, whether in training or in the game. A product of Whitley’s junior system, he put his first senior points on the board by bagging not just one, but his first two senior goals on the the same night.
“I am really happy to be back after my debut season,” Williams said. “I hope to build on what we had last season and carry on learning from the senior players and coaches.”
“Jack is a good young player that works hard in training and scored a couple of good goals last year,” Head Coach Tony Hand said. “We want to give Jack as much time as we can to aid his development.”
