There seems to have been some confusion on social media regarding Manchester Storm’s announcement of signing Whitley Warriors defenceman and alternate captain Sam Zajac.
Sam is joining Manchester Storm on a two-way contract which means he will be available to play for Storm when there is no fixture conflict. Whitley Warriors will never stand in the way of a player’s progression and this is an excellent way for Sam to refresh his Elite League experience.
Whitley Warriors would like to wish Sam the best of luck with Storm in their game against Guildford Flames on Saturday night and we look forward to him taking to the ice for Warriors in Blackburn on Sunday night.
