Whitley Warriors took on the Sheffield Spartans on Sunday evening at Hillheads in a NIHL North Division 1 encounter. Warriors were still without several of their experienced d men however player/coach Simon Leach and Josh Maddock were both back on the Whitley roster.
Whitley Warriors travelled down to Ice Sheffield on Saturday afternoon to take on the Sutton Sting. Warriors we're missing a number of senior players in defence which resulted in forwards Alex Lawson and Harry Harley moving back to the blue line for the match up.

Solway Sharks claimed St. Andrews Cup glory against a spirited Whitley Warriors on Sunday evening with Martin Grubb’s reigning league champions picking up a 1-0 win on the night and a 5-1 overall aggregate victory.
