Whitley Warriors are pleased to announce that stalwart Martin Crammond will once again be part of the roster for the upcoming campaign.
Martin has been part of the Warriors setup for over a decade, coming through the Whitley junior ranks like so many current Warriors. He made his senior debut in 2005-06 and the 29-year-old can adapt to play in a number of different positions depending on the needs of his team. Martin spent most of last season patrolling the Warriors blue line.
“It’s good to be asked to come back and play for the Warriors,” Martin told us. “It’s a team I have played for since becoming a senior player and it’s good to know that I can still bring something to help out the team.
“Can’t wait to get started under the new league setup… hopefully some silverware may be up for grabs!”
