We would like to thank all the fans that came along yesterday and tuned in online.
We have been bowled over by the positive reception we have had from everyone.
We would like to thank Whitley Bay Ice Rink for helping us pull this together and the volunteers that help set up the room, scanning people in and running the raffle and providing the online feed for fans that could not be there – without their help, none of this would be possible.
We have had lots of contact from potential sponsors since yesterday and would urge everyone to help us get more sponsors for the coming season – you can get further information on our Sponsorship page.
Lastly, thank you to the players for coming along and hearing what the expectations are for the coming season and signing up with the Warriors, these guys will give their all this season to try and bring some silverware back to Whitley Bay and, along with the fans and sponsors, will help create a winning environment.
