Whitley Warriors are delighted to announce the re-signing of versatile forward Harvey Starkie for the 2026-27 season.
20-year-old Starkie was part of the Under 18s leadership outfit, proudly wearing the C on his shirt, before making the leap to senior level two seasons ago and grabbing his first senior goal along the way. Starkie notched three more goals last season and is a valuable player that can play forward or defence and always gives his all on the ice.
“Another season, another opportunity,” Starkie said. “I’m hungry for more and ready to get back on the ice to improve on last season. We all want to push for trophies this year after coming close last season.”
“Harvey can play a number of positions for us and has done last season,” said Head Coach Tony Hand. “I want to see him come in and push others for game time.”
