Yarrow delighted to return to Hillheads
Power forward Alan Yarrow will once again be part of the Warriors squad this coming season. Alan came out of retirement to ice for Whitley last season after being away from competitive hockey for a number of seasons.

Whitley Warriors are delighted to confirm that long serving winger Callum Watson will be donning the maroon and gold for the 2016/17 NIHL North Division 1 season. Watson has established himself as one of the most dangerous forwards in NIHL hockey during his career with Warriors and his speed will no doubt trouble many a defence during the upcoming campaign.

DJ remains at Hillheads
DJ Good will continue to ice for Whitley Warriors next term as the long serving forward has agreed to appear in the maroon and gold for another season. DJ has been part of the Warriors set up for around 15 years now and can operate at either centre or out on either wing.
Cooper and Boyle back for Warriors
Whitley Warriors can announce that both Scott Cooper and Jordan Boyle will be part of the clubs squad for the upcoming 2016/17 campaign. Both players were part of the Warriors set up last year under the guidance of player/coach David ‘Lobby’ Longstaff and his assistant coach Dave Holland.
Kippin stays at Whitley while Queenan moves on
Whitley Warriors are pleased to announce that popular forward Shaun Kippin will be part of the clubs roster next season. However youngster Callum Queenan will not be part of the Warriors fold next term though as he is to move to North America to further his hockey career after a great opportunity was offered to the teenager.
Tinsley, Maddock and Stamp all remain on Tyneside
Whitley Warriors are pleased to announce that key players Jamie Tinsley, Josh Maddock and Joe Stamp will all be part of the clubs roster for the forthcoming campaign. All 3 players iced in the majority of Warriors games last term as Whitley claimed runners up spot in the NIHL North Division 1 table and also comfortably qualified for the end of season play offs.
